We are looking for a Senior Lead Quality Engineer to drive quality strategy, lead testing efforts, and ensure the delivery of high-performing, reliable software platforms. This role requires a hands-on quality engineer who actively contributes to test design, test automation development, and troubleshooting, while guiding the QA function.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement quality assurance strategies across projects.
- Lead technical and quality review discussion with engineers, product manager and project stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor QA engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
- Design and develop test automated test frameworks and pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testability and quality from design to release.
- Perform hands-on testing (manual and automated) for complex features and integrations.
- Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality metrics.
- Advocate for quality across the SDLC and participate in release planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance or test engineering.
- Proven solid experience leveraging AI assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, AI testing platforms) to accelerate test case creation, automation scripting, and defect analysis
- Proven hands-on coding skills in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript for test automation
- Expertise with modern automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Playwright, Postman, Cucumber)
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., GitLab, GitLab Pipeline).
- Familiarity with performance, security, and API testing.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
