- Supervise the Pricing & Overseas Coordination team, including daily work allocation and team performance.
- Analyze market trends, carrier rates, costs, and competitor pricing.
- Develop competitive pricing for ocean freight, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and other logistics services.
- Monitor quotations, profitability, and profit margins to meet company targets.
- Negotiate rates and service solutions with shipping lines, transport providers, overseas agents, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas agents and logistics partners.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service to provide suitable solutions and resolve pricing or service issues.
- Manage nominated and FOB shipments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain carrier contracts, rates, and commercial agreements.
- Support the development of the overseas agent network and new business opportunities.
- Ensure pricing and commercial activities comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

- Minimum 5 years experience in Freight Forwarding Pricing.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Age not over 40 years old
- Good English communication
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good analytical skills
- Able to work under pressure
