Responsibilities :
- Manage and maintain office calendars, schedules and travel arrangements for key personnel.
- Provide administrative and clerical support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with the coordination of meetings, events, and company activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Provide general office support, such as ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective office procedures.
Qualification :
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the business.
- Fluent in English or Chinese is required.
