Job Description

1. Lead for ECCO Material Color System (EMCS)
   ● Created the EMCS for all components of shoes, providing colour consistency within shoe factory and supplier. Additionally, this position collaborates with Product Development, Operations, Merchandising and supplier and providing technical in terms of colour expertise to all relevant.
   ● Establish control-related standards and procedures.
   ● Coordinate the production and distribution of colour standards, material swatches, and market tools. Ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards for all colour and material tools.
   ● Oversee the inspection of raw materials to ensure they meet quality requirements before use in EMCS production.
   ● EMCS labeling, selection, lasering, packing, and storage tasks to keep operations efficient.
2. Swatches and global market rings, ensuring high-quality standards
3. Arrange the material RCS testing
   ● Arrange the material for RCS to external lab testing.
4. Project lead to implement DMIX – Digital colour standard in GMM TH and move forward to standardize for colour master for all supplier
5. Calibration all equipment in EMCS operation to make sure that it is on standard
   ● Light Cabinet
   ● Vertical storage
   ● Spectomacromiter

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science, chemistry, or textile technology.
• +5 years of experience in the shoe industry or textile or regulated industries will be an advantage.
• Must score superior on Farnsworth-Munsell 100 Hue test
• Experience using spectrophotometer
• Must be able to provide technical expertise of the colour.
• Knowledge of Product Safety, Garment Labeling, Restricted Substances, and third-party lab testing
• Experience working with international brands and global compliance standards
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally (Presentation, Written, Verbal)
• Good command of English (Communication/Write)

Salary :  30,000 – 50,000 THB

วันและเวลาทำงาน :  วันจันทร์ – วันศุกร์ เวลา 07.00 – 17.15 น. ( หยุดเสาร์ – อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ )
