Responsibilities :
- Own and deliver product revenue target (Key KPI)
- Manage and drive principal/vendor relationship (Key KPI)
- Recruit and develop new partners (Key KPI)
- Support quotation, costing, and product proposals (Key KPI)
- Drive and build qualified pipeline
- Handle deal registration and discount submissions
- Work closely with sales to drive and close opportunities
- Maintain pipeline visibility and forecast accuracy
- Coordinate marketing activities and demand generation
- Track shipment and lead time
- Run weekly cadence with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications :
- 5–10 years in IT distribution / vendor / channel business
- Strong experience in networking (wired & wireless)
- Proven track record in owning revenue and pipeline growth
- Experience managing principal/vendor relationships
- Strong understanding of Thailand partner ecosystem
- Ability to drive cross-functional alignment (Sales, Pre-sales, Marketing)
