Responsibilities:
● Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and systems, demonstrating deep expertise in frameworks such as Django and Flask.
● Support the technical direction set by senior developers and team lead by implementing solutions aligned with project architecture and goals.
● Write a clean, efficient, and scalable code, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
● Review, debug, and optimize existing code, identifying areas for performance and reliability improvements.
● Independently analyze technical problems, propose well-thought-out solutions, and present them to senior developers or team lead for review.
● Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and offering constructive feedback.
● Assist in defining project scope, breaking down tasks, and providing accurate estimates for development timelines.
● Ensure smooth integration of systems and maintain data flows between components.
● Continuously improve development processes and tools, recommending best practices and introducing new technologies when appropriate.
● Participate actively in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
● Communicate clearly with team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project progress.
● Be ready to learn new programming languages, frameworks, or technologies as required by project or team needs.
● Strictly comply with all company policies, rules, and regulations.
Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
● 2-5 years of hands-on Python development experience with deep understanding of Python language features, best practices, and web frameworks.
● Proven expertise in Django and Flask, with experience delivering production-ready systems.
● Strong understanding of web development principles, REST APIs, HTTP protocols, front-end/back-end integration, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
● Proficient with essential tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and testing frameworks.
● Ability to mentor and support junior developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
● Skilled in breaking down tasks, estimating workloads accurately, and delivering on project timelines.
● Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
● Team player with a “can-do” mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative, proactive approach.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
● Good understanding of English, particularly reading and listening. Responsible, disciplined, and willing to comply with company policies and regulations.
