Responsible for planning Design and give advice on software testing by comparing software features with design documents, Execute test to be completed within a specified timeframe, writing a report summarizing the remaining defects to consider release or close the project.

- Formulate test strategies, test plans, and quality control guidelines aligned with project goals.
- Define testing scope, acceptance criteria, and design test scenarios covering functional and non-functional requirements.
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable Automated Testing frameworks (UI & API) using Cypress.
- Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines to control build quality and version stability.
- Conduct system testing, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage defects with developers through resolution.
- Execute preliminary Performance and Security testing and generate standardized risk reports.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior QA members on test design, execution, and Cypress scripting.
- Provide technical guidance and promote QA best practices to elevate team capabilities.
- Collaborate with PMs, BAs, and Developers to clarify requirements and provide quality risk assessments.
- Communicate daily status, blockers, and defect summary reports systematically to stakeholders.
- Evaluate and continuously refine QA processes, methodologies, and tools to improve efficiency and software quality.
- Perform other quality-related tasks, specialized verifications, or urgent support actions assigned by management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Extensive experience in both manual and automated testing of complex web and mobile software systems.
- Strong proficiency in modern Automation Frameworks, specifically Cypress and/or Robot Framework for both UI and API testing.
- Hands-on experience with programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Practical experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) to support automated builds and continuous testing.
- In-depth understanding of database systems, with solid hands-on experience in SQL scripting and query optimization.
- Strong knowledge of Software Quality Assurance methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum practices, and Test Strategy formulation.
- Proven leadership, communication, and mentoring skills, with a track record of guiding junior QA team members and driving process improvements.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple project priorities, analyze risks, and collaborate effectively with PMs, BAs, and Developers.
